■ Screen description
The rear view monitor system screen will be displayed if the shift lever is shifted
to R while the engine switch is in ON.

A - Vehicle width extension guide line
Displays a guide path when the vehicle is being backed straight up. The displayed
width is wider than the actual vehicle width.
B - Vehicle center guide line
This line indicates the estimated vehicle center on the ground.
C - Distance guide line
Displays a point approximately 1.5 ft. (0.5 m) (red) from the edge of the bumper.
D - Distance guide line
Displays a point approximately 3 ft. (1 m) (blue) from the edge of the bumper.
Audio
The rear view monitor system assists the driver by displaying an image of the
view behind the vehicle with fixed guide lines on the screen while backing up, for
example while parking...

1 Press the “MENU” button.
2 Select “Setup”.
3 Select “Audio”.
4 Select the desired items to be set.

■ Trunk opener
Pull the lever upward to release the trunk lid.
■ Trunk release button (vehicles with a smart key system)
While carrying the electronic key, press the button on the trunk lid.
When all the doors are unlocked using one of the following methods, the trunk
can be opened without the electronic key:
Entry function
Wireless remote control
Door lock switches
Automatic door unloc..

starting if a key has not been previously registered in the vehicle’s on-board computer.
